CHIS welcomes the announcement by the UK Government to the effect that, in future, suppliers of a wide range of electronic services who wish to tender for public sector contracts will be expected to deploy the IWF list in order to block access to known child abuse web sites. Failure to deploy the IWF list or a comparable solution will put the contracts at risk.
