A press release marking the conclusion of the two year old EU funded Youth Protection Round Table project which brought together key players from the internet industry, regulatory bodies and child protection agencies from across the EU. The press release also announces the launch of the YPRT “Tool Kit” which is a detailed catalogue of references for the improvement of youth protection online comprising: a description of risks, a description of supportive technologies and their effectiveness, references for technical developments in respect of educational issues and references for the use of filter technologies (product-neutral) and educational measures in private and public areas.
